Minimum age to book is 25. We do not rent to vacationing students or groups under 25. Families and business travelers only. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children. This is strictly enforced by resort security. No additional guests or extra wristbands will be issued. Anyone exceeding occupancy or without a valid wristband may be removed by security. Parking is available for up to 2 cars, and the required parking fee is $85. Guests will receive a payment link a few days before check-in, and the fee must be paid through that link in order to receive parking passes. Boats, trailers, RVs, commercial vehicles, scooters, and golf carts are not allowed on the property. The host provides wristbands free of charge for use during your stay. If a wristband is lost or damaged, the replacement cost is $25 per wristband, paid by the guest. Only the allowed number of wristbands will be issued; no extras. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM (strict). A fee of $50 for every 15 minutes past 10 AM will be deducted from the security deposit. A copy of your driver’s license must be provided after booking. Not providing it before arrival may result in cancellation or inability to enter the property. Guests are responsible for any HOA or security fines incurred during their stay. Bringing an unauthorized pet results in a minimum $1,000 fee. Excessive cleaning, damage, or misuse of the property may result in additional charges. Any issues or damages must be reported by 12 AM on the day of check-in. No refunds will be issued if guests fail to read or follow instructions. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed at any time. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. No commercial activities such as filming, content creation, hair or makeup services, catering, or private chefs. Glitter, confetti, or party decorations are not permitted and will result in extra charges. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or hookahs are allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. No pets unless explicitly approved. The cleaning fee covers standard departure cleaning only. Guests must take care not to stain or damage white linens, as replacement charges will apply. Only toilet paper may be flushed; all other items may cause plumbing damage and fees. Guests do not have access to the thermostat password. The minimum AC temperature setting in summer is 70°F. Lost items are not guaranteed to be found, but any recovered item can be shipped at the guest’s expense. By booking, you agree to all rules listed. Violations may result in eviction, fines, or loss of deposit.

It's important for guests to carefully review the terms and conditions of any insurance policy they are considering, to ensure that the coverage meets their specific needs and requirements. ★It's important to note that decorative quilts or pillows may not be able to be washed in the home and, therefore, may need to be removed when necessary. ★The amenities provided by the rental service include bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4-5 dishwasher packs, and travel-size lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Additionally, bath towels or blankets should not be removed from the home at any time. ★We don't provide laundry detergent; please bring your own. ★Thank you very much for your understanding. There is a $75 resort fee plus tax per stay. The total is $85.58 this is a per stay fee regardless of # of nights stayed or # of guests . Closer to your check-in date you will be provided with a link to register with the resort and prepay the resort fee. This fee is in addition to what you pay through Airbnb, it is paid directly to the resort.
